Our dust collector cages can be made to fit existing collectors from any baghouse manufactures such as Thermax, Reico, Dantherm, DISA, Donaldson DCE, Batliboi, Astek, Gencor, Mikropul, Wheelabrator, etc. We can also manufacture uncommon and specialized cage designs as required.
DeGATECH manufacture and supply a wide range of Filter Cage. These are manufactured by high grade of raw material in order to increase the durability of the cage. These are made in galvanized steel, mild steel and stainless steel and are available in different types as flange type, u type, groove type etc. We do quality analysis and testing of these filter cages before we handover this to our valuable clients. We have specialized team of experts who do quality checking under certain parameters that meets international standards.
Cage constructions typically consist of 10, 12 or 20 vertical wires. The horizontal ring spacing on the cage can be 4″, 6″ or 8″. If plenum height restrictions are a problem, two piece cages are available in popular “twist-lock” or “fingers” styles. For areas where moisture or acid corrosion present we can provide a range of materials, often galvanized steel or stainless steel. Top load baghouse cages are available with a T-flange, ring top or several styles of rolled flange tops. Cage diameters range from 4″ to 6 1/8″. Wire thickness ranges are; 9 gauge, 10 gauge and 11 gauge. Cages for bottom load baghouses are constructed with a split collar or split ring top. Cage diameters range from 4″ to 6 1/8″. Wire thickness ranges are 9 gauge, 10 gauge and 11 gauge.
For more efficient cleaning, Venturi are available for all diameter cages. Venturi come in 3″ to 6″ lengths. Venturi are made in a variety of materials including; aluminum, carbon steel, galvanized and stainless steel.

APPLICATIONS
All Welded Construction – Slide gate frames are designed and constructed as one weldment to provide maximum rigidity for heavy industrial applications in round and square openings. Heavy Duty slide Plate – Slide plates are made from 3/16” up to 1/2” thick solid carbon or stainless steel to withstand product pressure and head load. The corners of the slide plate are beveled to prevent binding when opening and closing the gate. The pneumatic cylinder is directly attached to the slide plate for a compact and economical design.

The compact, modular design allows for the integration of solenoids, filter/regulators, and position switches. Versatile and rugged – Custom designed pneumatic slide gates can be built to fit any application.
